Diamond is free forever. Delta adds a 2-hour unsend window, expiring messages and your own domain for $4 a month. Festival is $6 per person for teams. No ads on any plan.
Is there a free trial of Delta?
Yes: 14 days, no card needed. You get the full 2-hour string, expiring messages and your own domain. When the trial ends you stay on Delta only if you choose to. Otherwise you glide back to Diamond with every message intact.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime, from Settings → Plan. Upgrades take effect straight away and you only pay the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
What happens to my mail if I move back to Diamond?
Nothing is deleted. Messages you set to expire still expire on schedule, your custom domain keeps receiving mail for 30 days while you move it, and if you’re over 10 GB you can still read, search and export everything while you tidy up.
How does Festival billing work?
You pay per person: $6 a month, or $5 a month on a yearly plan. Add people whenever you need to and pay only for the rest of the period. Remove someone and their seat is credited on your next bill.
What if Cometamail isn’t for me?
Cancel a monthly plan anytime and you won’t be charged again. Cancel a yearly plan within 14 days and we refund every cent, no questions asked. Either way, you can export all of your mail before you go.
How can I pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), Apple Pay or Google Pay. Festival teams on a yearly plan can also pay by bank transfer against an invoice. Prices are in US dollars and include any VAT that applies.
